The study

GroundLab is a Bologna-based company offering highly specialized integrated architecture and engineering services. It was founded in 2014 by Tiziana Di Saverio and Giuseppe Bonzi, who are responsible for the technical, architectural, legal, and financial aspects, respectively.

• the initial and decision-making phases through estimates, preliminary checks, feasibility studies, surveys of the current state of the building
• the final and executive design phase, cost estimation of the works, safety coordination during the design phase
• the execution phase of the works with the drafting of contracts between the various parties involved, construction management, safety coordination during the execution phase, certifications and testing.
