The studio

GroundLab is a company based in Bologna, offering highly specialised integrated services in Architecture and Engineering. It was founded in 2014 by Tiziana Di Saverio, Giuseppe Bonzi, and Giancarlo Tinti, who respectively oversee the architectural, legal, and financial aspects.

Comprehensive assistance

In all our activities, we operate in full compliance with industry regulations, providing comprehensive assistance to clients during:

• the initial and decision-making phases through estimation, preliminary checks, feasibility studies, surveys of the building's current state
• the phase of detailed and executive design, bill of quantities, safety coordination during the design phase
• the execution phase of works including drafting contracts between the various parties involved, project management, safety coordination during execution, certifications, and inspections.

GroundLab ensures its clients comprehensive support in the different phases of energy (Ecobonus) and seismic (Sismabonus) improvement as provided by the 110% SUPERBONUS, as outlined in the "Rilancio" Decree-Law of May 19, 2020, converted into Law no.77 of July 17, 2020.

The company ensures clients comprehensive management of the various efficiency interventions provided.
